Shadow Health’s Digital Clinical Experiences allow nursing students to demonstrate and perfect their clinical reasoning skills through life-like interactions with Digital Standardized Patients.
My role as UX Coach influenced all aspects of the Digital Clinical Experience, Course Management System, Accounts and Payment Management Systems, and Customer Management Systems. I worked to teach empathy for users at every level of the organization, identify gaps and early indicators of user success and failure, and influence and empower teams to take measurable action.
One of my proudest accomplishments is a feedback loop for the conversation engine where users could learn to communicate with patients more accurately and we could be alerted when gaps existed in the conversation engine that needed to be repaired.
